Instructional Facilities:


Faculty :

The College has a team of well qualified and devoted teachers with M.ED. and Doctorate degrees in various specialisations. There are seven permanent teachers besides a good number of part time teachers and guest lecturers also engege classes whenever necessary. The college is headed by an experienced principal and overall guidance is rendered by Director (Honorary) with pretty long administrative experience.


Laboratories:

• Science : Well equipped labs for Physical and Biological Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with Multiple sets of apparatus chemicals, glassware and other lab accessories.

• Psychology : Well equipped lab having kits for intelligence, aptitude tests etc.

• Educational technology & Media Lab : Equipped with Overhead Projector, Hi-Fi Audio- Visual Systems with good collection of Educational Cassettes & CDs.


Computer Software & Hardware :

• No. of Computers 25 PC's(Pentium 4 based) latest configuration with Multimedia facilities, Printers (DMP, Inkjet & Laser jets) and scanners with all relevant S/W & O/S spreadsheets, Database, Word processors etc.


Library :

Adwaita Mission Training College has a rich library that ensures availability of relevant books to students as well as faculty members. It has a huge collection of books covering almost all the subjects and topics. It provides all kinds of books and Journals and magazines for research purposes. It plays an important role in keeping interest in books alive and providing ample encouragement in teaching and research works.

It is an ideal place to foster a life-long love of reading and to ensure that students and faculty are effective users of ideas and information. Our growing collection currently includes over 5,000 books. In addition, we provide access to many other reference materials including full-text periodicals .encyclopaedias, magazines and journals. Approximately 18 Magazines & 12 Journals are received on regular basis.
